Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide part-time coverage for a supportive school district in Richardson, TX. This short-term assignment will run from mid-October through the end of December, serving a small caseload of 8 students across 8 campuses.
Job Requirements:

Active Texas Physical Therapy license

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Reliable transportation to travel between campuses
Job Duties:

Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services aligned with students IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Maintain detailed documentation of progress and therapy activities

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student mobility and accessibility needs
